The concept of probability was created in the 16th century by two mathematicians. They are responsible for the creation of the basics of Probability. The concept was further developed by another mathematician who in the 18th century had created the Bayesian concept. The events that take place in the real world can not be predicted. We try to take an intelligent guess by defining the probability of the event happening.

It is beneficial for students to understand the concepts of Probability as it will be applied in their career when they work for corporate or government agencies.Business decisions are made using the probability. It is always a good idea to make decisions based on mathematical formula rather than chance.Surprises and unpredictable outcomes are the events that happen in the world.Multiple types of outcomes could occur for an event.

It is possible to determine the most likely outcome. An experiment is defined if the result of the process can be defined. If one can predict the outcome of the experiment in advance then it is called a Deterministic experiment.Random experiment is called non-deterministic experiment. We can predict which of the random experiment's outcomes will happen.

Sample space refers to the collection of all the possible outcomes in a random event.A Countable number of sample points and an uncountable number of sample points are the types of sample points that can be found in a sample space. There can't be a subcategory for the number of sample points. The countable number of sample points can be classified as either a finite number of points or an infinite number of points. We first need to know the definition of probability then we need to know the following things.

The sample space is indicated by the letter S.There is nothing in the sample space but a possible outcome. The sample space is called Head tail.2 is the number of elements in the space. When two coins are tossed at the same time the space is called HH.

When there are 3 coins tossed at the same time the sample space is HHH.The number of elements in the sample space is 8.Two coins are the same as one coin that was thrown two times. We shouldn't get confused about these statements. When three coins are thrown it can be called one coin thrown three times.

                          The sample space is 1 2 3 4 6 if a die is thrown.There is a sample space of 6.The sample space is 11 12 13 14 15 16 21 22 23 24 25 26 31 32 33 34 35 36 41 42 43 44 45 46 51 52 53 when two dies are thrown.In the sample space the number of elements is 6.There is a formula that can be used to find the number of sample spaces.

The sample space size is four if we put the n as two.The sample space size is between 8 and 16 if we put the n as 3 and 4.6n is the formula to find sample spaces. The sample space size is 6 if we put n=2The sample size is 36 if the n is 2.
