Calculus is a part of mathematics that deals with the ratio of change of quantities. There are two types of calculus the pre-calculus and the calculus. When it comes to precalculus it is mostly static and dynamic.Pre-calculus deals with the slope of a line and the speed of an object that is constantly moving. The slope of a curve and the rate of speed of an object are related to calculus.

If you take canThe physicist attempts to calculate the rate of change in the object's velocity. The rate of change of one substance to another is dealt with by a chemist. The Biologist deals with the change of population rate of a species over time. The rate of change of the share price is one of the things an economist deals with.

It's important for students to learn calculus because it's applicable to any of the professional careers they'll be taking over in their life. The calculus was introduced in England and Germany at the same time by two different people. After becoming an expert in mathematics Newton spent his time inventing new concepts related to the rate of change and the credit goes to him.Calculus was born out of this. There is a dispute about who first discovered mathematics.

Louis Cauchy is a mathematician and a major player in the field of mathematics. He was the first mathematician to create the formula for the limits of difference quotients and the definition of a limit.Karl Weierstrass is a major mathematician who contributed to calculus.Limits differentiability and continuity are some of the concepts he gave a german mathematician.Pre-calculus methods can help us calculate the tangent to a circle.

We can use pre-calculus methods to analyse the area of a square but we have to use the methods under a curve. The three stages of Calculus are shown in theThe first part is pre-calculus and the next is the limit process. It is not a good idea for students to learculus as a set of formulas without knowing the definition. The concept of limit was created in the 19th century by Louis and Karl despite the fact that calculus is around for 1000s of years.
